A Salsa Celebration with Live Bands, Dance Showcases, Latino Food and Art Vendors all in the Iconic Space of Mill City Museum! For 2026 Minnesota Salsa Fiesta has expanded to TWO nights! Friday, July 10 at Granada Theater and Saturday, July 11 at Mill City Museum. Saturday features a 20-piece salsa orchestra with guest artists from Chicago, Miami, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. Experience the one night of the year that the iconic Mill City Museum is transformed into an incredible concert venue. OUTDOORS in the Ruins Courtyard enjoy live music from 6:00 pm to 10 p.m. TWO stages will be assembled above the historic turbine pits. Stage one will showcase the 20-piece salsa orchestra with horn section, string section, coro singers, and overflowing percussion. Additional performers will include Havana Quartet and Afro-Boricua Bomba with Tearra Oso. Stage two will feature professional dancers and salsa team ensembles. A free salsa lesson will be offered as part of the evening’s festivities. INDOORS in the museum lobby Latino visual artists will energize the space with vibrant colors and imagery. Food offerings will include paella, arepas, and Cuban cuisine. Multiple bars will be onsite to mojitos and other classic Caribbean cocktails as well as non-alcoholic beverages. Artisan vendors will showcase a range of crafts, clothes, and jewelry. At 10 p.m. live music ends outdoors. However the fiesta continues indoors with 10-11 p.m. SALSA DJ AFTER PARTY. Keep moving to Latin beats like bachata, merengue, reggaeton, and timba. Admission for the After Party is included with admission to Minnesota Salsa Fiesta.
