Charanga Tropical joins multiple bands for the first-ever Phipps Fest. Charanga kicks things off at 4 p.m. followed by bluegrass dynamos Monroe Crossing, and soulful singer-songwriter Annie Mack and Wisconsin’s most famous rock band, the BoDeans.
